Paying the deposit

for Your Hire

Thank you for choosing to book Oakham Castle for your event.

​

To pay for your deposit you need your booking reference number, which is provided by the Operations Manager once you have agreed the booking.

Deposit payment details

​

The deposit of £200 and full payment can be made online https://www.rutland.gov.uk/pay-report-and-apply-online/online-payments/, under Accts Receivable (Invoices), or by card via customer services 01572 722577. Cash or cheque (payable to Rutland County Council) payments are available through customer services Catmose House, Catmose Street, Oakham LE15 6HP.

 

When paying, please use your name, booking date and booking reference number, which is provided by the Operations Manager once you have agreed the booking. 

 

Please email your deposit payment receipt number to cultureadmin@rutland.gov.uk for your booking confirmation.

The balance will be invoiced approximately 8 weeks prior to the wedding ceremony or reception.
